Our die cutting capabilities allow us to accommodate both low volume and high volume production runs, and even prototypes. Die cutting is also flexible enough to accommodate both small and large parts. We choose from several different die cutting methods after taking into consideration the material type and thickness, production volume, and tolerance requirements.

We offer one of the widest selections of material options in the industry. In addition to a full range of soft and semi-soft materials, we manufacture gaskets from metals, reinforced fiberglass, polycarbonate and other plastic materials, and more. Options are available to withstand many different operating exposures and with characteristics like EMI/RFI shielding, electrically insulating, thermally conductive, as well as many others.

We can reverse engineer an existing product if no drawing is available, add machined features, and assemble and package items according to your specifications. We can also further streamline your gasket sourcing by providing a complete inventory management program.
